3D Printing is the process of making an object using a 3D Printer to build an object from a computer model layer by layer. The 3-D modeling and printing program is for students ages 13-18. At our 3D printing camps, kids will be posed with a series of challenges that will challenge their creativity. Using Computer Automated Design (CAD) students will design a solution from scratch, 3D model it, and proceed to test their idea, and refine it through multiple iterations. When students are satisfied with their design, they will learn to 3D Print it and will watch in wonder as the object is created before their own eyes, layer by layer.
